What is a group cruise, exactly?

A group cruise is when a travel advisor books a block of cabins under one group contract, giving all travelers access to group pricing, group amenities, and perks not available through individual bookings. The group travels on the same ship and can coordinate dining, excursions, and activities — while still having the freedom to experience the cruise independently whenever they want.

Do I have to travel with the whole group the entire time?

No. On a group cruise, you're all on the same ship — but you each have your own vacation. You can have dinner together every night, or not at all. Join group excursions, or explore independently. The group rate and any perks apply regardless of how much group time you choose to have.

Is travel protection recommended?

Strongly recommended, yes. Cruise travel protection covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies at sea, missed connections, and lost baggage. Standard health insurance typically doesn't cover you internationally, and a medical evacuation at sea can cost $50,000 or more. I'll walk you through your options at no additional cost.

Can I join if I'm not flying from DFW?
